Late payments may result in:

  • Additional administrative charges

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client will own the final delivered work, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Source files, proprietary tools, or internal frameworks may remain property of WebTrus.

5.2 Portfolio Rights

WebTrus reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or website unless a written NDA prohibits it.

6. Confidentiality

WebTrus agrees to maintain confidentiality of client data and sensitive business information.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing login credentials
  • Maintaining access control
  • Informing WebTrus of sensitive data requirements

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may be signed upon request.

7. Project Timelines

Timelines provided are estimates unless stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Scope changes
  • Third-party integrations
  • Client-side revisions
  • Force majeure events

WebTrus is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

8. Revisions & Scope Changes

Project proposals include a defined number of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

Major scope changes require a revised proposal and pricing adjustment.

9. Third-Party Services

WebTrus may integrate third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • Marketing platforms
  • APIs

WebTrus is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues related to third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of WebTrus’s registered operations.

Disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
