Due to the nature of digital and custom services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Service-Based Refund Policy

WebTrus operates on a milestone-based and service-delivery model. Payments made are for professional time, strategy, consultation, design, development, and execution efforts.

2.1 Project Deposits

All initial deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

The deposit covers:

  • Project planning
  • Research and strategy
  • Resource allocation
  • Initial design or development work

3. Milestone Payments

For projects structured in milestones:

  • Once a milestone is approved and delivered, payments made for that milestone are non-refundable.
  • If a client chooses to terminate the project mid-way, completed work will be invoiced and delivered.
  • Unused milestone amounts (if any) may be reviewed case-by-case.

4. Monthly Services (SEO / Marketing / Management)

For recurring monthly services:

  • Clients may cancel with 7 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed within the active billing period.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for partially used months.

5. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • WebTrus fails to initiate project work within the agreed timeline.
  • WebTrus is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal limitations.
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges occur.

All refund considerations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction
  • Scope changes after approval
  • Third-party service costs (hosting, domain, paid ads, plugins, API services)
  • Custom development already delivered

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact WebTrus first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Legal recovery actions
  • Additional administrative fees

8. Custom Work Disclaimer

All WebTrus services involve customized digital solutions tailored to each client’s requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has begun.
